With +30 years of supply chain, operations, procurement, program management, process development and systems implementation experience, Paul has demonstrated proficiency in understanding business needs and re-engineering business processes to become scalable, lean and controlled.

Previously as a Global Head of Logistics within BAT (covering Logistics & Supply Chain Design), Diageo ( responsible for Collaborative Planning & SC Strategy) & SAB Miller (Group Head of Route to Market) together with various advisory / interim roles (Nomad, Upfield, Yodel, Avon, 2Sisters) Paul’s responsibility has been to ensure the successful integration of people, process and technology in line with the company’s operations strategy and goals.

Most recently Paul has focused on reducing the burden of BREXIT and the introduction of customs compliance and border controls. The support offered ranges from training and executive education, specialist customs services (origin, customs warehousing and special processing procedures), ‘fit for purpose’ diagnostics and supply chain rebalancing/re-design. Most recently providing a managed service or 4PL for Customs processing

Paul is commercially astute and has experience working with Channel Partners, Suppliers and Logistics Partners to agree commercial terms relating the change programs he has driven (Distributors 3PLs, 4PLs & Lead Logistics Providers).
