Paul Reilly
Paul has a proven track record of leading senior teams to develop and deliver solutions that provide significant and measurable value within complex and demanding multi-national corporate environments. With +30 years of supply chain, operations, procurement, program management, process development and systems implementation experience, Paul has demonstrated proficiency in understanding business needs and re-engineering business processes to become scalable, lean and controlled.
Most recently Paul has focused on reducing the burden of BREXIT and the introduction of customs compliance and border controls. The support offered ranges from training and executive education, specialist customs services (origin, customs warehousing and special processing procedures), ‘fit for purpose’ diagnostics and supply chain rebalancing/re-design. Most recently providing a managed service or 4PL for Customs processing.
Joe Corcoran
With a range of experience that spans both industry and consulting roles, Joe has developed a broad knowledge of how the supply chain operates and, perhaps more importantly, how in contributes to overall business success. His unassuming style belies a steely determination to drive positive change and deliver tangible benefits. A key strength is his ability to pass on knowledge and skills, gearing up the capabilities of the people around him.
Joe’s supply chain expertise, particularly his work in global companies and with excisable products, led him naturally to work with businesses preparing for Brexit. He was an advisor to two major food manufacturers during the Brexit transition period, and this led to a good understanding of the new UK/EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement – both in technical and practical terms. He has implemented both in-house and outsourced border clearance solutions covering the European Union, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
